PowerMeter App turns your device into a Wattmeter. Just point the camera at the red flashing light on your electricity meter and get the reading!
Using PowerMeter you can measure the standby power of devices at home or electricity production of your Solar PV panels.
The App measures the time between impulses ±20ms and calculates the corresponding power usage with high accuracy. Depending on the class of your electricity meter the result is ±1% or ±2% whereas popular energy monitors are sometimes even 10% off.

Note: This App will not work with infrared LED, so if you cant see a red light flashing on the meter the camera will not be able to detect the impulse.
